- Addressing TC Lot issue with poor drainage and sprinkler needing adjustment
- Sara reached out to landscaper - says it’s outside his capability
- Sara found another contractor, Tim, who just fixed up another community with similar issue (J&M Management referral)
- Sending out newsletter for the community

- Friendly reminder of upcoming dues that are due for 2021

- Potential surveillance system in community areas (entrance and park) - cameras and signs ($23/ea).
- Landscaping
- Need to properly dispose of the dead tree that was pulled out at the entrance.
- Need to go over every item that needs to be taken care of within the community (not just up the street, entryway, and community park).
- Potentially write up a new contract or find a new landscaper.
