- Readdressing HOA contracts with J&M Management and Landscaping
- Still need a copy of the full J&M Management Contract with Calla Crest HOA (what exactly goes into our $448.00 monthly charge for Property Management)
- Still need a copy of the full Landscaping Contract with Calla Crest HOA (what exactly goes into our $753.50 monthly charge for Grounds Maintenance)
- Readdressing landscaping issues:
- dead willow tree by Calla Crest sign
- dying evergreen tree that was relocated (sprinkler not reaching this high up? How can this tree get properly watered? Shouldn't there be a sprinkler able to reach all the hill plants?)
- busted sprinkler head (at the start of 301st Street on the same side as the Calla Crest sign)
New Business
- Sending out summer newsletter for the community to include:
- Summer - July 2019
- Side Parking (301st)
- Notify homeowners of City of Auburn rules and regulations
- Notify homeowners citations are being handed out from the city police that are blocking the stop sign and fire hydrant
- Summer is here, let’s be sure to upkeep our lawns or you will be subject to a fine
- Be courteous and pick up after your pets in the private park
- If there continues to be animal waste piling around, HOA holds the right to close off the private park to all animals.
- Pick up after selves to prevent garbage and litter floating around other properties.

- Auburn Community Grant
- If anyone has any ideas on neighborhood improvements
- Calla Crest Night Out Community Picnic - Tuesday, August 6th, 2019 @ 6:00PM.
- Hot Dogs, Hamburgers, Water (~$200)
- HOA will reimburse for plates, napkins, buns, patties, wieners, ketchup, mustard
- BYOB and BYOC (bring your own chair)
- Grills (Doug will ask other neighbors if they can bring out their grills)
- Auburn Community Grant
